Registration is very simple! Click the "Register Now" button and choose your account type (intention owner or volunteer). Fill in your basic information and activate your account via email or mobile number. The process takes less than 3 minutes.

Registration and using the platform is completely free. However, there may be costs associated with fulfilling certain intentions (such as purchasing Zamzam water or meals for fasting people). All costs are clear and transparent before accepting any intention.

We prioritize transparency. The volunteer who accepts your intention is required to send photos and/or videos as proof of fulfillment. You'll receive instant notifications at every step of your intention's execution, and you can track the status from your dashboard.

To become a certified volunteer, you must be a resident in or near one of the holy places, and own a smartphone with a camera. You'll also need to verify your identity and residence, and agree to the volunteer code of honor. We carefully review each application to ensure service quality.

We have a large network of active volunteers. If your intention is not accepted within the specified period, we'll notify you and republish it or suggest suitable alternatives. You can also contact our support team to help you find an appropriate volunteer.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your intention at any time before it's accepted by a volunteer. Once accepted, you can communicate with the volunteer to agree on any modifications. If there are prepaid costs, we'll refund them according to our refund policy.
